Construction of the mixed use development located on Remainder Erf 790, Strand, 130 Beach Road, Strand, Cape Town, Western Cape. The development proposal includes the construction of 10 upmarket apartments, which will be arranged from the 1st to the 4th storey. The apartment sizes will vary, with eight units measuring 130m² and two units measuring 235m². Balconies will be oriented either towards Beach Road or south towards Kruger Street. The ground floor will feature an 80m² restaurant, along with supplementary facilities, and provide ground-level parking for both the apartments and the restaurant. Additionally, a 140m² restaurant is proposed on the first storey, along with supplementary facilities. Access to the ground-floor restaurant will be available via the pedestrian footway along both Beach Road and Kruger Street. A large landscaped area will be provided at the corner of the building, fronting both Beach Road and Kruger Street, to enhance the aesthetic appeal and amenity of the street frontage.
