About this development
Construction of the basement parkade and retail component for the 114 West Street development. The 4 269m² site of the new development will comprise a 17 500m², ten storey office tower together with 2 200m² of retail space and a 12 000m², 14 storey tower with a 288 room hotel. Each building will stand alone but will be developed with blending contemporary architectural aesthetics and a shared parking basement of 6 floors. The development is on the corner of West and Katherine Street, Sandton, Johannesburg in Gauteng. The retail component will consist of three to four restaurants, a pub and coffee shops.
