Only firms that hold a valid registration certificate issued by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and of which at least 60% of the controlling shares are owned by Swazi citizens, clearly demonstrating that they have relevant previous experience and capacity in executing similar works within the stipulated timelines will be considered.
