Tender Details Sealed proposals in the prescribed form are hereby invited from suitably qualified and experienced civil engineers and professional experts for the provision of the following services: Provision of technical assistance consultancy services for effective supervision over the implementation of both design and construction projects to Roads Department. To provide the services, two Programme Management Teams for design and construction of roads/bridges are required respectively. The Programme Management Team for Design shall consist of eight (8) experts, namely: Project Manager (Team leader), Highway Engineer, Bridge Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, Drainage Engineer/Hydrologist, Traffic Engineer, Pavement/Materials Engineer and Environmentalist. The Programme Management for construction consists of six (6) experts, namely: Project Manager (Team Leader), Claims Expert, Quantity Surveyor, Material/Pavement Engineer, Bridge Engineer and an Environmentalist. The fourteen experts will be based in Gaborone and shall be available to Roads Department on full time basis. A detailed description of the services is provided in the Request for Proposal documents.
