Tender Details Gauteng Shared Service Centre Procurement Department invites bids for the following: The GSSC (Gauteng Shared Services Centre) consists of 13 provincial departments with a significant procurement spend profile. The GSSC has completed a business case that illustrates a Procurement Card (P- Card) as an effective payment mechanism. The GSSC is in the process of implementing a P- Card to assist with High Volume, Low Value transactions. The implementation of the P- Card will add value to the organisation by streamlining the process, reducing overhead costs, building and improving supplier relations and allowing for better price negotiations. The GSSC has a vision of having a world class internal support service unit driven by efficiency and a focus on quality service delivery. The Procurement Card (P-Card) strategy needs to be aligned to the above vision to ensure that the Procurement practices are both efficient and effective, with a specific focus on service delivery. The questions below will determine the capabilities of your organisation to assist the GSSC in the realisation of its above vision.
