Construction of the Ingonyama copper and cobalt refinery, on the farms Naboom 451 KS and Vaalboschlaagte 454 KS, which are situated 4 kilometres south of Lebowakgomo in the Limpopo Province. It would cost about R16 million to acquire the property and R40 million to build the refinery.
