Alterations and additions to the Godrich Flour Mills situated in Lanham Street Extension, Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng. GPS Co-ordinates Lat -25.792598, Long 28.749761000000035. Godrich Milling will be refurbishing it’s existing silo facility as well as adding more raw material storage capacity in order to allow the company to expand its production which runs at full capacity at present. Here another two state of the art automatic mills for maize and wheat production will then be able to be commissioned as all its raw material will be stored on site. This will enable the maize capacity to be increased by 100% and the wheat milling capacity by a further 50%. The product storage capacity will be upgraded as well in order to accommodate any increased production in the future. The packing facility is busy being upgraded and will soon be running mostly automatically which will enable this facility to run on one shift only in order to handle a 24hour a day milling capacity. Construction of services and infrastructure for the Twin City Vryburg mall situated on the N18 national road, Vryburg, North West. The mall will consist of 70 stores, restaurants and service outlets. It will have three anchor tenants. The estimated value is R290 million.
