Construction of the infrastructure and bulk earthworks for the Mayflower Mall on the outskirts of Carolina in Mpumalanga. The scope of works includes 303 parking bays. The possible location of the Mall will be on the intersection of R38 / R33, the routes to Swaziland and Johannesburg.
