Additions and renovations to the existing 7 storey residential apartment building situated at 182 Oxford Road, Illovo, Johannesburg, Gauteng. Once complete, this building should be 13 500m² in extent and will comprise of 170 residential units, retail units, reception and meeting rooms on the ground floor level with basement parking for 114 vehicles and associated external works & site services.

Alterations and additions to an existing 11 storey mixed-use building known as The Bank situated on portion 2 of Erf 201, Rosebank, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works includes some minor demolition work, additions to existing structures consisting of a reinforced concrete structure, infill brickwork, specialised plaster renders, aluminum and glass façade elements and all associated mechanical, electrical and wet services. This will be done in phases. Phase 1 will be retail floors of 2 levels, phase 2 will be office floors of 3 levels, phase 3 will be residential floors of 4 levels and phase 4 will be residential floors of two levels.
