Private Projects consists of predominantly large privately funded negotiated or invited projects in the Industrial Building & Construction environment that is progressively researched from conceptual (Pre-tender) to completed stages. Subscribers receive a private project advisory (PPA) with the latest projects for that day and are automatically updated with changes, on projects of interest, as the project systematically evolves.
| 1. | Conceptual: Early stages, before commencement of any statutory processes. This will include exploratory drilling on mining developments and desktop studies on others. |
| 2. | Procedural/Design: Statutory processes such as town planning, EIA's and licensing underway. Generally includes some preliminary design work. Projects will sometimes need internal board approval at this time. Project Professionals are generally appointed during or at the end of this phase. |
| 3. | Design & Tender: Detailed design and costing and putting the project out for pricing. Project Professionals will all have been appointed. |
| 4. | Awarded/Underway: The decision on a contractor has been made. There may be some delay between award and actual start of the project. |
| 5. | Complete: Project is handed over to Client and will no longer be monitored by the Private Projects research team. |
| 6. | Postponed: Project is put on hold until a later date. (This project will still be monitored by the Private Projects research team.) |
| 7. | Cancelled: Project is cancelled. (The Private Projects research team will no longer monitored the project.) |
